LA LEGGE DEVE ESSERE UGUALE PER TUTTI IN AMBITO PENALE ma i bambini non si possono trattare come mafiosi o terroristi da punire, liquidando i loro interessi con una legge fatta solo a misura d'uomo, uomo inteso come adulto di sesso maschile.

Metaforicamente ci potremmo chiedere allo stesso modo: come si fa preconfezionare solo abiti a taglia unica pensando di farli indossare poi sia a Bud Spencer che a Chiambretti? Ma sì: da oggi la taglia è uguale per tutti!

Ma allora anche la terapia medica deve essere uguale per tutti i malati: siamo tutti uguali no? Non è mica giusto che certi malati se la cavano con un'aspirina ed altri debbano fare la chemio terapia vero?

Pensiamo un pò se pure i medici improvvisamente smettessero di fare analisi e dare terapie, e dicano a tutti i pazienti:

“Siccome noi siamo giusti ed onesti e la Medicina è Uguale per Tutti, allora abbiamo fatto una terapia universale per tutti voi pazienti: da domani, se hai un raffreddore, se hai un unghia incarnita, se ti sei fratturato un polso, se sei bulimico, se sei a rischio d’ictus o se hai un carcinoma non importa: il metadone per tutti!!”.

Ma torniamo ai Tribunali, torniamo ai “tutori” dei nostri figli ai quali vorrei chiedere: ok, voi avete fatto le vostre leggi di comodo e steso le vostre teorie ancor più di comodo but, sorry kids? Children??

Altrimenti non ci sarebbe bisogno di tutti voi: è dispendioso per lo Stato pagare tutti questi soldi per Giudici, psicologi, CTU, Servizi Sociali e poi...poi bollare tutti con un'unica insindacabile Legge: se la Legge è Legge allora a cosa servite tutti voi?

E invece mi pare che gli assegni a fine mese però li andate a ritirare lo stesso...o no? E non sono poi così leggeri.

A cosa servite più oggi giorno tutti voi "esperti", pagati per valutare ciò che tanto è già deciso a monte?
